A MASSAGE with marta

My name is Marta, I am a certified Level 3 Massage Therapist.

I am a student member of The Institute of The Sport and Remedial Massage – ISRM

I am currently working on BTEC Level 4 and 5  Diploma in Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage, Soft Tissue Therapy.

I have decided to learn massage when in the begining of the Covid Outbreak, I took an old friend to massage therapy and was astonished on the immediate effects on his mobility and pain relief with just one session.  

I wanted to learn the techniques and put them to use, see the difference my work does to people’s lifes, either in terms of rehabilitation, mobility, emotional, pain relief and general wellness.
